Alexa’s Assessment

March 11, 2010

This past Tuesday we made the trek back down to Jersey Shore for yet another visit with ITAP (infant toddler assessment program). This time she blew them away with all her tricks.

Can she sit? Check
Can she stand? Check
Cruise? Check
Crawl? Check Check Check!

So this means we’re all good in the hood over here. While there were some fears last time about her issues with rolling over (and how she was “delayed” even for her corrected age for that) we all know she made liars out of use mere days later when she decided to start learning to crawl.

She’s basically right there in the middle of her real and corrected age.  Our little girl is catching up 🙂  Someday soon we can stop explaining her age to strangers, ha.

The 3 “teams” all say she’s doing great and for us to keep up the good work!

Now for the stats – Alexa weighs in at 18 lbs 13 ozs, is now 29 inches tall (long?), and has a head circumference of 45.5 cms.

Take a look at the growth chart and milestone list, both have been updated.

We were just so thrilled to have the medical confirmation. Everyone knows she’s a great baby…but sometimes doctors can throw you for a loop and make you question your judgment.
